Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AAI-Core ("we", "us") collects when you use the website, the OnceCore workspace and our apps, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a hashed password.
• Activity records: sign-ins, profile changes, verification events and the IP address and device details attached to them, used for security and your account audit log.
• Content you submit: messages, prompts, notes, library entries and support tickets.
• Files in your data space: uploads are stored as ZIP archives encrypted at rest. Operators can see file names and sizes only.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and verify your email and phone.
• To provide the workspaces you use and to answer support requests.
• To detect abuse and keep the service reliable.

AI providers

When you use an AI feature, the text you submit is sent to the AI provider the administrator has configured (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini) so it can reply. Each provider handles that text under its own terms. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with them.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run AAI-Core (hosting, email delivery and the AI providers above) or when the law requires it.

Storage and security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Data-space files are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.

Your choices

• Edit your name, email, phone and password from your account dashboard.
• Ask us to delete your account and data using the data deletion page.
• Email business@aai-core.com with any privacy question.

Children

AAI-Core is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
