Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your AAI-Core account and the data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Email business@aai-core.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "AAI-Core account deletion request".
- Include the name and phone number on the account so we can match it.
- We will confirm the request and tell you when it is complete.
What is deleted
- Your profile, sign-in sessions and verification records.
- Content you saved, support tickets and files in your encrypted data space.
What we may keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where needed to prevent fraud and abuse. Backups are removed when they next rotate.
Before you ask
You can download or copy anything you want to keep first. Deletion cannot be undone. You can also change your details at any time from your account dashboard.
